The Hornet Sailing Club (HSC)  is a private club run for the benefit of its full, associate and temporary members. Closely linked to the Royal Navy and Royal Naval Sailing Association (RNSA), the club's facilities and services are fully available to all Members, regardless of rank or status. The Clubhouse opens at lunchtime and evenings over weekends - details of opening times are given on the Clubhouse page in the General Area of the website. A wide range of services is also available to the Membership, including Marina Facilities such as winter storage and lift out. Go to the Marina page in the Members' Only Area for further details. If you would like to apply to become a Member please check out the General Area of the website, and then contact the Administration Manager (Jim Fraser) for further details. His contact details are below. Application forms for boat lifts, berthing, etc., are available from this website.

Members are encouraged to use the Forum (use the buttons on the right), which is a powerful tool that has been introduced as a means of increasing communication between individual Members of the club, and for special notices to be posted by Committee Members as a means of getting information to the Membership in a fast and reliable way. Join in the chat and make your views known - this is what the club needs!

These two buttons on the left are available for Members to visit the Forum, where they can register and enter into discussions on a variety of subjects, and obtain information relating to social, crewing, sailing and other events. There is also an area advertise unwanted goods or boats for sale, to generate a discussion on club matters or even to make your point on how (in your opinion) the club should be run! The top button on the left takes you straight to the Forum and the bottom button takes you to a list of posts since your last visit.
